The Grand View Hotel is situated in the northern region of Hope County, sitting directly alongside the lake in Jacob Seed's territory. Players initiate the Get Free objective after speaking with Eli at the Whitetail Den bunker. Heading north toward the lake leads you directly to the hotel grounds where cultists have established a foothold.

Finding Briggs Inside the Hotel Complex

To reach Briggs safely, approach the hotel quietly from the side or rear entrances rather than charging through the front door. Navigate up to the top floor of the building, where cult members are keeping him held captive. Briggs is located in a room in the back right corner on the top floor, guarded by a single cultist.

Infiltrating and Securing the Area Stealthily

Eliminating guards stealthily on your way up prevents the cultists from harming Briggs during your rescue attempt. Taking out the guard outside his room allows you to access the deprogramming tape required for the quest.
